HW2 Feedback
I looked over the homework 2 code and sadly the code does not do anything but generating matrix. Also the report is missing. Right now I gave 0 points for it.

File opening is good, however since you specify the full path (in your case) it will work only in Windows environment. If you place your file in the same directory only filename is required.
report is missing -
Ignoring the Windows style include, the rest works, points updated.
